7-Day Return Policy

We want you to love what you order. If you're not completely satisfied, you can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. The request must be initiated within this timeframe.

Conditions for Return

To ensure a smooth return process, please make sure the item meets these conditions:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
• All original tags and labels must still be attached
• Original packaging must be intact
• Items must be returned in the same condition they were received

How to Initiate a Return

Getting started is easy. Simply send us a message on WhatsApp at 0333 9353573 with your order number and the reason for return. Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange the pickup or provide you with the return address.

Refund & Exchange Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your request within 2–3 business days.

• Exchange: We will dispatch your new size or alternate item immediately.
• Store Credit: Since we operate on Cash on Delivery, refunds are processed as store credit for your future purchases.
